Solar Blasts?? An EMP?

Usually I am the girl (or older before her time woman) who is running around, proclaiming how an EMP going off in the atmosphere is our only salvation.  You know, something to knock us back into the stone ages, and where there is a thinning of the human pop. by a combo of the fittest shall survive (mentally, emotionally, physically) or merely just those willing to adapt being the survivors.  Money won't even come into play.., etc.   HOWEVER, there must be something going on in the atmosphere because my internet keeps going down (bill's up to date, and equipment is relatively new).  And yes, always when storms are coming, which for the past two or three weeks seems like just about every day (I get the emails from my local news station).  Toppled with, twice in one week my power went down, and not for like a half hour or so, but like India style (for us at least) for HOURS and HOURS, AND I HAVE UNDERGROUND CABLES!

The point is, I think I could manage, (if my girls were back home safe I'd mentally be able to handle for sure) BUT....going without Pandora and my daily dose of the UK's Daily Mail, will def take some getting used to.

THAT mi amici, is my rant for the day.

Again, always GO IN PEACE (espesh if we're entering a One Second After period - Go, like  peaceful warrior ;))....and if you hear someone like Fred Sanford claiming (falsely) that, "This is THE One....,"  it's probably just Omama because my internet's down, .... again.
